On location, on safari, up a mountain or simply on the move, Solargorilla gives you power anywhere under the sun. Solargorilla’s 24-volt and 5-volt USB socket make it the ultimate renewable power station for your notebook, cell phone, iPod and many more devices.

Solargorilla features a compact, portable, high energy and robust solar panel. You charge the Solargorilla directly from the sun to power your notebook or laptop. In addition, you can charge your cell phone and other handheld devices.

How does it work?

The PV (photovoltaic) solar panels generate electricity by the photovoltaic effect; producing electric current when they are exposed to the light. Simply open the two panels and expose to direct sunlight to put your Solargorilla to work. The technically advanced solid panels ensure superb power and reliable performance, in a tough casing that is ready to travel. The green LED indicates the strength of charge. The performance of Solargorilla will vary according to levels of sunlight and device being powered.

Compatible with most notebooks, iPod, iPhone, PDAs, MP3/MP4, handheld games consoles, Sat Navs, Nokia, Mini Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, LG & Sony Ericsson and many standard cell phones.

The Solargorilla features tough rubberised casing. The unique portable fold up design protects your solar panels when stored. The unit is designed to be water resistant (except for the power connectors) for outdoor use, and has a slot to allow Solargorilla to be suspended or attached to vehicle or tent. Solargorilla comes complete with 20V power socket out and standard 5V USB socket, and a green LED-charging indicator.

Each kit comes with a standard 12 months manufacturer’s warranty and contains:

mobile/cell phones – clearly labelled on the pack.

In the unlikely event your phone or games console cannot be connected using the large number of connections provided, additional connectors are available from us at a very low cost.
